You can Renew your Passport if :
- You were issued your passport within the past 15 years;
- You were over the age of 16 when passport was issued;
- Your passport is not damaged;
- You can submit your most recent passport.
INCORRECT OR MISSING INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR APPLICATION OR SIGNIFICANT DELAY. Also don't hold on to your application and other paperwork when signed and dated. Send them to us ASAP (They are time sensitive).
Requirements are:
1 - Your most Recent Passport
2 - Completed and Signed Application Form DS-82
You MUST create your own DS-82 by going through the ON LINE process of the Department of State Website.
3 - Two Recent Passport Photographs
Photographs must be:
- 2 x 2 inches in size, identical, in color
- taken within the past 6 months and show current appearance
- full face, front view with a plain white or off-white background
- between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches from the bottom of chin to top of the head
- taken in normal street attire
4 - Proof of Travel: Copy of your travel itinerary OR A business letter on your company's letter.
You have to provide proof of your travel overseas in the next 2 weeks (if no visa is required for your trip) and in the next 4 weeks (if you need a visa for the country of your destination).
5 - International Passport & Visa Authorization Letter, complete & sign.
6 - Completed International Passport & Visa Service Request Form
